This training caters to educational institutions and organizations who are beginning their work in creating safe and inclusive spaces for their 2SLGBTQIA+ community, or who are looking for guidance in the alignment of the good work already being done. I offer this training through a trauma-informed lens and from my lived experience as a queer-identifying educator.

Participants will:

• Learn 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive language

• Gain an understanding of affirming 2SLGBTQIA+ practices in solidarity and allyship

• Identify barriers to the creation and support of 2SLGBTQIA+ practices

• Explore how to create and grow inclusive practices specific to your school or organization
